Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. This policy also applies to sale merchandise; we do not designate merchandise as final sale.
How to return or exchange an item
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and whether you would like a refund or a direct exchange. We will provide the return address and instructions. For an exchange, please tell us which item or size you would like so we can confirm availability.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. If either occurs, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return or exchange steps.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds cover the merchandise price paid. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned merchandise.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Orders are shipped by Effortless Style Services and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit time begins after processing. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States
The following standard shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Rates are based on total shipment weight, including packaging. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Standard orders generally ship with USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $125 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping receive free standard shipping to the contiguous United States. This offer also applies to qualifying heavier or bulky orders. Expedited services, international destinations, and destinations outside the contiguous United States are excluded.
Other U.S. destinations
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and available service. The flat shipping tiers and $125 free-shipping offer above do not apply. Transit times may be longer than for the contiguous United States.
Free local pickup
Free local pickup is available. Choose local pickup at checkout, or use code LOCALPICKUP if required by the checkout system. Local pickup orders will not be shipped.
We will contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup details. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
International shipping
International shipping is available to eligible destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, packed weight, dimensions, and selected service. International orders do not qualify for the domestic flat shipping tiers or free-shipping offer.
USPS Priority Mail International generally takes 6–10 business days after processing, depending on the destination. Customs processing and local delivery conditions may cause additional delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are separate from our shipping fees.
Missing or lost packages
If your package is missing or appears lost, first check the carrier’s tracking information and contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email [email protected] with your order number so we can help investigate.
